The Practice of Slow Yoga

The origins of yoga, centuries ago, are rooted in calmness and grace.

In slow yoga, you will hold each pose for a little longer than in a regular yoga class, and you will consciously flow through the transitions between asanas. This facilitates accurate composure of postures and strengthening of muscle and connective tissue.

Slow yoga rejuvenates, while grounding and calming.
